Vicky Upstell has provided the full range of support services to The Chartered Governance Institute for over 5 years.  The Institute’s operations are in every continent, in every time zone and across multiple cultures.  Vicky has consistently been professional, knowledgeable and culturally sensitive in supporting our members and Councillors across the organisation. The work has involved the full range of association management support, from AGM’s, Council and Committee meetings, travel and venue arrangements and more.  In every case, I know that all of my colleagues have the confidence they could rely on Vicky 100% of the time.
